How long does the course take?  About 20-25 minutes for each of the 5 sections, depending on how much depth you go into.

How does the course work?  There are videos to watch and exercises to complete. There are information sheets to download or fill in on the computer. You have access for 4 months and once completed you have access for a full year.

Is there any other help available?  There is the option of adding on individual coaching and email support too. This will help you fast track your progress and help you to make the change you want a reality.
