I have often read statements that say it takes 'so many' days to form a new habit. In my experience almost no behaviour is in place forever, we are continually changing. I have had habits that I have carried out for years and then all of a sudden stopped. Something else changes and my good habit is lost! Is it just me or does this resonate with you?

For a few years I had a great morning routine loosely based on The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. But for the last year I have abandoned it, instead staying in bed for a bit longer! Thanks to one of my coaching clients, who recently implemented her version of the Miracle Morning, I have been inspired to get back to it.
