Benefits of being outdoors


There was an article in the paper today about how being outside in nature and noticing the plants and birds can increase your wellbeing. Since this is something that regularly makes the wellbeing headlines I am sure most of us know that. Over the last few days I have been taking some time in the morning to just sit in the garden and watch the birds. They have been making lots of noise, singing away and chasing each other around. So I am left thinking that some of the increase in wellbeing on these mornings has been down to me laughing at all of their antics. And to knowing that Spring really is just around the corner.
